Congratulations to Ai Insurance Organization’s Director of Surety, Kari Davis on being named one of Insurance Business Canada’s Elite Women of 2023.
Kari joins 54 other female insurance leaders who have fostered meaningful change in the insurance industry and set an example for other insurance professionals.
Insurance Business Canada (IBC) found this year’s Elite Women by inviting industry professionals from across Canada to nominate exceptional female leaders and provide details of their nominee’s achievements and initiatives over the past 12 months, including specific examples of their professional accomplishments and contributions to the industry.
Kari promotes a diverse and inclusive workplace as a core competency of working on her team. She creates a welcoming environment by ensuring everyone’s voice is heard without fear of consequences, opinions are considered and not immediately dismissed, and their value to the team is evident on a daily basis. Kari’s hands-on approach with all members of her team allows them to grow at different levels of comfort while reaching for the expertise and knowledge they are seeking to navigate the complexities of the surety world.
