Hello! My name is Brittany. I began my journey in the insurance industry in 2023 and, after earning my RIBO license, joined Ai Insurance in October 2024. I love being part of the close-knit team at Ai, where we all work together to create an excellent experience for our clients. I’m committed to providing attentive, collaborative service and look forward to building strong connections with each person I work with.
I entered the insurance industry as a Receptionist in July 2023, drawn by a passion for clear, concise, and hassle-free client support. This experience inspired me to obtain my RIBO license and pursue a fulfilling role in insurance.
Since joining Ai Insurance in October 2024 as a Personal Lines CSR, I have been expanding my expertise with the support of the talented team here. My 10-year background in retail and pharmacy has equipped me with compassion, patience, and understanding, which I bring to every client interaction. I believe that mutual respect is the foundation of exceptional service, and I approach my work with this value in mind.
Looking ahead, I aim to pursue continuing education in insurance to enhance my skills and knowledge in personal lines

I have volunteered with the Chatham-Kent Public Library for 16 years, providing services in administration, technical support, and assisting with children’s programs. I believe public libraries are essential to nurturing educated and compassionate future generations.
I’m an animal lover with three cats and a pet mouse who constantly fill my camera roll with their everyday antics. In my free time, I enjoy reading and watching movies or TV; I especially love going to the movie theater. Most of all, I enjoy relaxing at home with my family and pets, appreciating the simple moments together
