Adrian Dacanay is a dynamic leader in insurance brokerage operations, known for his expertise in optimizing and scaling businesses with efficiency and precision. With a strong background in broker management systems, regulatory compliance and project management, he brings a strategic approach to operational excellence.

As Chief Operating Officer at Ai Insurance Organization Inc., Adrian oversees the brokerage’s daily operations, including vendor and insurance market relations, national regulatory licensing, compliance, and the management of both Operations and Service teams. He is highly skilled in systems administration, leveraging a broad range of technologies such as Google Workspace, Vertafore-SIG, Power Broker, Applied Rating Services, PolicyWorks, Sugar-Suite CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, and telephony systems.

Before joining Ai, Adrian co-founded Tuque Inc., a tech-driven insurance brokerage startup. There, he played a key role in developing operational frameworks and evaluating the technology landscape to support broker success. His deep understanding of processes, combined with his passion for innovation, set the foundation for his career in insurance operations.

Adrian began his journey in the insurance industry as a Project Manager at DAS Legal Expense Insurance (now ARAG), supporting broker distribution, analyzing growth and retention with key partners and managing the conversion and implementation of a new CRM. He quickly advanced into the role of Broker Consultant for Eastern Canada where he was instrumental in onboarding and educating brokers to this niche class of business, and developing group legal expense insurance programs for affinity groups and associations.
