Biography

Tara began her insurance career in 2016 and quickly built a track record of outstanding performance. Known for her consistency and leadership, she has earned multiple performance awards and secured top ranks on leadership boards across both personal and commercial lines.

Her experience includes building and managing her own team, a milestone she considers one of her proudest achievements. Several members of her team went on to earn leadership board recognition, reflecting Tara’s focus on mentorship, accountability, and strong results.

Tara approaches every part of her work with integrity and efficiency. She is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for both clients and colleagues. She also believes in continuous learning and works every day to grow her expertise in support of the brokers and organizations she serves.

Personal Interests

Creativity and exploration play a big role in Tara’s life. She enjoys music and plays a few instruments, often using it as a way to unwind. She is also passionate about fashion and dance, both of which allow her to express herself in unique and meaningful ways.

Travel is another major inspiration for Tara. She has visited more than 50 countries and enjoys everything from large cityscapes to quiet hidden gems. With a strong interest in history and culture, she loves learning about the stories and people behind the places she visits.

Tara is happiest in warm weather and spends as much time as possible outdoors. She enjoys summer sports and especially loves swimming in the ocean, a place she finds peaceful and grounding.
